    This practice uses an active three-part breath, guided by music and intuitive cueing.

    By intentionally activating the sympathetic nervous system in a safe, supported space, we open pathways for emotional release, cellular energy flow, and expanded states of awareness.

    As the rhythm of the breath takes over, the thinking mind softens, making space to feel without overanalyzing unlocking healing, release, and a deeper sense of authenticity.

    Sound healing uses frequency and vibration to gently shift the body, mind, and energy field.

    As sound waves move through you, they guide you back into your body after the elevation of the breath slowing brainwave activity, soothing the nervous system, and bringing ease back into being in your body.

    Through the resonance of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments, you’re invited into a spacious state where deep restoration, emotional harmony, and inner clarity can naturally arise.

    Yoga means union, reuniting breath with body, and body with mind.

    Through intentional movement and mindful breath, we strengthen, open, and restore while creating space to be still within ourselves.

    Yoga invites us back into the present moment, reconnecting with the life force energy that anchors and sustains us.

    I’m trained in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin yoga, allowing me to customize sessions to your unique needs. Whether you’re seeking a strengthening dynamic flow, steady alignment, deep relaxation, or a blend of all three.
